At Bagglowing, we want to ensure that you have a satisfying experience with every purchase. While we strive to offer quality products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines the criteria and process for making returns or requesting refunds.
1. Return Request Period
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please:

- In your message, be sure to include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- At least two clear photos showing the damage, defect, or error.
- A short video (maximum 20 MB) showing the condition of the product and the received packaging.
Without this information, we will not be able to process your return or refund request.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return or offer an alternative solution, which may include a refund or replacement, depending on the case.
3. Conditions for Accepting a Return
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item was received.
- The product is significantly different from the description on our store.
We do not accept returns if:
- The customer no longer wants the product (e.g., due to a change of mind).
- The item has been used, mishandled, or altered.
4. Orders in Areas Without Coverage
If an order is placed to an area where our shipping partners do not have delivery coverage, the order will be canceled, and the customer will receive a full refund.
This measure ensures transparency and avoids delivery issues beyond our control.
5. Refund Process
Once the return is approved and, if applicable, the item is received, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
