Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days and are shipped directly from our international logistics centers.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and current logistics demand. During peak seasons or events beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
7. Returns and Refunds
For hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final, except in the following cases:
